This is a tip for all my bacon loving friends ! Have you ever had a problem with bacon you go to take a bite of your sandwich you start to rip pieces out of it? Here is a solution to that problem. First you cross hatch the bacon on a piece of wax paper, then you fry it , what your left with is a perfect square of bacon that doesnt get ripped out with every bite! And its the same size as the bread !
