This is about as creepy as it gets. A guy is driving along a deserted stretch of I-78 in the middle of the night, when out of nowhere he comes up on a makeshift roadblock, and a man lurking in the shadows. Could this be a robbery attempt? What else could it be? The entire encounter is captured on the drivers dashcam.
