The story goes like this.....One evening both Eric Clapton and Pettie Boyd (wife) was suppose to go toa a party thrown by Universal Music. Pattie, while dressing up for the party, constantly asked Eric how she looks in new dress. Eric was too busy with next production, he replied that he is too engrossed into work and cannot comment on this. Pattie realized, that Eric somehow doesnt love her now.
