This is an excellent exercise that helps build the core stabilizing muscles and strengthens the rhomboids and lats. I recommend this to be added to your strength training regimen. Its a great body exercise that help warm up or stretch muscles during your back workout. To begin this exercise adjust the straps to its proper height for the resistance level to measure for the exercise. Aline the heels of your feet with your hips and shoulders slightly off the ground.be sure your arms can lockout and Pull-up with elbows close to your body til your fists are beside your chest and repeat for 12-20 reps!!!!
