This is an official notice to Change the Constitution of our organisation, ‘Friends of Eardington Nature Reserve’. (minimum 21 days notice) Originally, the Constitution states that the Annual General Meeting takes place in September each year. At last weeks FENR meeting it was agreed by all attendees that this should be moved to November of each year. The same month that the Constitution was agreed and finalised in 2013. Any person wishing to challenge this, can they forward their objection to me, The Secretary, address as below, as soon as possible, prior to the AGM. This first ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of ‘Friends of Eardington Nature Reserve’ has been set for Thursday 20th November 2014 at The Swan Inn, Knowle Sands, Bridgnorth. 8:00pm Any persons wishing to nominate, or persons wishing to stand for election to the committee, as either Chairperson, ViceChairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and 6 others - max 10 in total, could they please make themselves known to the Secretary in writing, at the address shown below, by November 7th 2014 AGENDA Annual General Meeting 20th November 2014. 1 Welcome by Chair 2 Apologies 3 Minutes of the last AGM - not applicable, this is first AGM 4 Treasurers Report and accounts presentation. 5 Adoption of the accounts and year end date agreed and minuted, 6 Chairmans Report. 7 Election of Officers: Chairman Treasurer Secretary Vice Chair & Committee 8 Shropshire Council Report by Edward Andrews - (Work Title) 9 Questions and general discussion 10 Any other business.
