This is for all my lovely FB friends who have shown your compassion with all your supportive and caring comments and messages. A HUGE thank you. I am now free of the visible cancer, sore but fine and feeling weirdly numb but painful too. The next step is to be sure that further surgery is not necessary, and to begin the insurance policy of chemotherapy and radiotherapy which will eradicate the invisible cancer cells that may be floating about my body. A bit of a rough road still to travel, but I have you all to keep me going. So from the bottom of my heart I wish you all a wonderful Christmas, may you enjoy it all and be able to count your blessings as there are always blessings to count even if you have to go looking for them! To those of you who are going through problems or something similar to me I hope you find the strength and positive energy to enjoy what you can and let slide what you cant.
