This is how we are finishing up 2014..and yup this will be how we will start 2015.. busy two days. From hams to bacons to hotdogs to kielbasa to snack sticks to jerky and more. Note the 5 subject notebook filled with customer sheets. Used to be our processing season was 2.5 months and now its about 5 long months. And no doubt Richard Schafer Vanessa M Thompson and myself are feeling it. Knees and feet are shot.. however Vanessa is living the dream with days off. Ha I need a massage and a hot tub!
