The gun-grabbers are using the raw emotion, the hurt and the grief of the families of Newtown to further the gun control effort. Not only that, but they are not honest with them in the least - that even their heartfelt desire to enact universal background checks and bans on high-capacity magazines is not effective in reducing crime committed with guns. No laws being pushed would have prevented their tragedy. If anyone deserves the truth, it is the Newtown families. Gun control laws do NOT reduce gun crime.
