This is not a tragic accident! More like tragic neglect and disrespect for dogs and their owners. I am disgusted that this happened. Boarding dogs should have 24 hour care and supervision. All dog owners should ask if their dog is constantly monitored, there should always be a member of staff present day and night. As the pet industry is not regulated us dog owners must do our homework when finding a groomer or carer for our dogs. Check references, ask about liability insurance. Check the premises and look at the dogs they board. I am so sad for these owners... Devastating to lose a loved pet and in such a horrible way (if we are to believe their story)! RIP my furry friends.
