This is not for any particular group...just a request that you drop off one little item whatever is it you can afford is sufficient to the closest Shelter, Kennel or Facility in your area. While we are celebrating and giving thanks...why not share? If everyone were to donate one small item...it all adds up! Here is a list of what most Shelters are in need of: WISH LIST: • Bleach • Non-clumping litter • Dog and Puppy food, Cat and Kitten Food • Cleaning supplies, Paper towels, Windex, Trash Bags, etc. • Laundry detergent and dryer sheets • Gas Cards - To transport animals to vet and rescue • Office supplies, index cards, etc. • Towels and Blankets • Foster homes for dogs, cats, kittens and puppies. FIRST AID SUPPLIES - Peroxide, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, etc. TOYS - what dog or cat wouldnt be thrilled to have a new toy to play with!! Kong Chew Toys for Larger Dogs. BEDS - for dogs and cats (all sizes) LEASHES AND COLLARS (all sizes) EGGS & CHEESE - To help put weight on the animals. TREATS for dogs and cats!!! :) Also, newspapers, gift cards and donations are accepted. Volunteers to walk the dogs, brush the cats and spend time with them. That is free and they sure would like the attention! *****If you are not sure what your Shelter needs, please call and ask! :) *****The MAJORITY of these items are at the DOLLAR TREE for $1.00! Think of what you can get there!!!***** MOST IMPORTANTLY: *****Since most of the Shelters will be closed on Thanksgiving, you can drop off your items now until the day before Thanksgiving!
