This is one sided verdict of court they have given this verdict by taking report from govt. there for it cannot be called justice they want to take away right of ordinary people to protest then declear all striks done by any people any instution any political party invalid.why only people of darjeeling let all the indias people be barred from their right to protest agnest injustice, verdict from high court without taking account from ordinary public of darjeeling that they are willingly support this janta cerfew or not is truly misscarrige of justice. Morcha and people of darjeeling must file PIL agnest the verdict of kolkatta high court in honerable supreme court seeking remidies for unjustice done agnest people of darjeeling by kolkota high court.
