This is part of Republica Oriental of Uruguays culture: a rock & pop group called NO TE VA A GUSTAR plus LA MURGA (singers like the Venice Carnival but instead with mask with colourful faces and costumes); and this is just part of our rich and unique culture which a lot of people from different places adore; even though we are just a little more than three millions Orientales; a country of bravery, honest, hard working, and extremely educated people not only for having a free, not religion oriented and obligatory educational system (in elementary, secondary and post-secondary education with high quality programs and teachers), but for the values of families who happens to come from all parts of Europe and afro-americans (scaping from the Brazilian sugar plantations, we gave them an identity first=name and then their liberty); and since the 70s from Canada and United States of America and other Latin-Americans countries too. youtube/watch?v=ybmaDynz_CQ
