This is sickening and horrible. What kind of person would even think of doing something like this, let alone taking the time to strategically place them where theyd do the most damage. Thank God that this little boy was not severely hurt. *******PARENTS BEWARE***** this just added to the already long list of things we need to be aware of and watch for to keep our kids safe from vile predators and twisted psychos. Its a shame really that we even have to worry about things like this. Make sure you share if you have friends with children.
