This is so desperately worrying. The Family Courts are doing nothing to help with this with the current closed system. I have been working hard to raise public awareness of this huge unjust problem with the Family Courts System. So many children are taken away from their loving parents under a closed and secret System where there is no transparency and very little accountability. My Son and I have suffered and continue to suffer as a result of this System. Before I experienced this, I would never have believed that this could happen - BUT IT DOES. The scary thing is that it can happen to anyone. With us, it was an accident and my ex husbands determination to use this as a means of getting custody. With others, it is childrens illness that is blamed on the parent. There does not have to be any evidence for the Family Court to make these decisions. They ignore the proper evidence, listen to hearsay and make up the rest. PLEASE join me in my campaign to do something about this. We need a just, open and transparent System that is able to deal with the sad cases where children really do need to be removed, whilst protecting children and their parents in loving and responsible homes.
