This is so sad. Thad has run our citys community center for as long as I have been here. He has worked with both of my kids through various afterschool programs and Sammies summer camp. He went above and beyond to make sure the needs of so many families and kids were met. I cant imagine how lost the community center is going to be without him. He does everything. He was hard working, dedicated and always respectful of everyone. I am sure this is going to be very hard on all the kids that are in the programs he runs, it is going to be so hard for them to understand. I myself have to sit down my daughter and explain what has happened. The city of Dover just lost one of its most valuable assets, Thad Mandsager you did great things. RIP Thad :(
