This is so simple that one must intentionally blind themselves to this concept. Can we all agree that nothing can be the first cause of itself? In other words nothing can create itself. If it doesnt exist it can not cause itself to exist. This would include space, time and matter. Can space create itself?NO! Can time create itself? NO! Can matter create itself? NO! Time, space and matter were the beginnings of natural existience. The underlying force behind time, space and matter and all of creation is information. Some of this information is simple, some is complex and some is coded. It is safe to say that information only originates from intelligence. There may be non intelligent vehicles of information such as books, and there may be non intelligent mechanisms that can measure information as simple as a tire air pressure gauge. But both the vehicle and the measurement mechanism have an intelligent designer. But the original source of information must be intelligence. In our natural world even information or intelligence can not create itself. NOTHING can create itself in the naturalistic paradigm. This leaves really only one conclusion as to the source of time, space, matter and information. The source must exist outside the paradigm of naturalism or our natural world and must be infinite, requiring no first cause for its own existience. This source must exist outside of the restrictions of time, space and matter and must be an infinitely intelligent source. Now we must ask ourselves one question. Have we been given an account of any entity that meets this criteria? Do we have any evidence of this entity? The answer is YES. That intelligent source has revealed itself to us in all we see, and in spoken and spiritual revelation to mankind. IN THE BEGINNING, GOD CREATED. PS. I have not filled a scientific gap with God. This is not an example of the god of the gaps explaination. Far from it. I have simply followed the evidence to the only logical conclusion. GOD. Having said that, I did not need science to lead me to God. Science has merely reinforced what I already knew through the revelation His Word accepted in faith.
