This is so typically Tory it should come as no surprise. Overall benefits available to households to be cut by £3000 a year to fund Apprenticeships while 18-21 year olds will be denied Job Seekers Allowance (removing them from unemployment statistics) and only allowed its financial equivalent if they do community work.....effectively treating them as society currently treats those guilty of non-custodial crimes. Housing Benefit will be refused young people attempting to leave home.....a home that is now potentially three grand worse off and unable to afford you. And those Apprenticeships pay £2.68 an hour! Brilliant! So you can save up for a house of your own while doing the work your Mum and Dad used to do before they were laid-off to make room for cheap, slave labour. This is yet another policy that beats down young people and uses them to help pay for a crisis they did nothing to create. These Tory c**** do this time and time again while their friends in high places rub their hands with glee at the thought of more profit at our expense. Yet again the poorest in society foot the bill for mistakes made by the rich. These scumbags are the lowest of the low. They need removing from office for good. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-29398907
