This is such a motivating group to join, so please check it out and sign up for the trial before 30 Jan. I have been a member since September last year and the support, the people, all the sharing of new recipes, workouts, events are just amazing. I didnt really start until December, but since then (minus the festive season weeks) my family have been eating better, are more active and are feeling so much better for it.
