This is the most asinine thing they are thinking. Most people in NH drive more than 30 miles to work. The people that I know, drive older cars because they cant afford a car payment and even if they could, do they make an electric pick up with 4 wheel drive so you can take your trash to the dump, be safe in a snowstorm? Also with very limited public transportation in NH how would the people whos cars did not pass get to work? I see this as a solution for a more metropolitan area, not the more rural area we live in.
