This is the workout program I will be following, starting this weekend. Its something all new for me, not my typical style, but change is good. This is tough for me, but will strengthen my joints, core & balance so much. Of course I will most likely be adding weights to my schedule, maybe a little cardio (we have a 1/2 marathon coming up) BUT this program every single day to help RESTORE those joints and strengthen & stretch. Id love for more to join me in this new adventure. More than likely if you have achy joints or just want a low impact way to just GET MOVING this is going to be perfect for you too. Plus who wouldnt want to do that crazy back bend, twist thing she does in there?! LOL With practice youll be doing it! *comment or message me for more info so you can do this at your home, but along side me every day online*
