This is to clarify any ongoing rumours going around. I have received expenditure claims from one of the ex board members who has used their own money for purchasing items or services that are Donge related. Although the use of own money was not necessary as the welfare has sufficient money allocated for every project event and purpose, we will still process these claims accordingly and once they are retrospectively approved, the claims will be paid back to the claimant. We hope to finalise these issues once and for all so that we can move on to other things and progress. If any one has any issues in regards to this, please contact me.
