This is why Paul Krugman is a dick. He now wants you to believe the clear direction in at least a full paragraph in Obamacare which directs subsidies should be given to people who qualify in STATE exchanges is a typo. The clause that is meant to be an incentive to STATES to set up exchanges is a complete mess up if we are to believe Dick Krugman....er...Paul Krugman. Dicks problem...er...Pauls problem is, a lot of states passed on setting up their own exchanges for economic reasons. So the FEDs were forced to set up their own, but no where in the law does it say the FED exchange can give subsidies. Because that was a perk reserved for the states so THEY would set up exchanges. Well like everything about OBAMACARE that part turned out to be poorly thought out. Now Obama waved his magic wand and said the FEDs can give out subsidies too. PROBLEM...the Law expressly forbids that. Now Dick Krugman wants you to believe its a TYPO. Thats right, one giant typo that is paragraphs long and in several places is all one harmless mistake. The wrong keystroke on the computer. Wrong DICK.
