This is yet another apology and a very long overdue THANK YOU!!! As many of you know the night before I was admitted to the hospital for surgery #3, a bit of a freak accident happened and I spilled a cup of about 16oz of water on my laptop. It was a pretty hopeless situation, for the computer and myself. I know it was just a material possession, but at that moment I wasnt sure I could handle one more bad thing being thrown at me on top of all my health issues. And of course the fact that financially it would be a very long time before I could even begin to start saving for a new one didnt help either. First Tony DeStefanis kindly came, picked up the poor thing, and went to work seeing if he could save it or any of the information on it. Of course as amazing as he is, he was able to do it and I was grateful for that. SO I gathered the strength and energy to venture out to the fundraiser Sat the 27th, to support our rescue, and see all the friends and my family that I so dearly miss. What happened next I could of never imagined would happen to me!!!! Tony and David Reese where patiently waiting for me to get there and met me at the entrance to walk me back to my car, the entire time explaining to me what was able to be fixed and that is was usable, but for an unknown period of time. By this time I was already beyond grateful that things were saved, and it might have a little life left, and of course already in tears knowing that I was the recipient of so much kindness, and help!!!! BUT that was just the beginning, within a few minutes, a brand new computer was presented to me, and I was informed that an amazing group of people, some I knew, some I didnt had rallied together to raise money to purchase me a new computer...ME..a NEW COMPUTER....I think I almost passed out from shock and all I remember was crying like a baby and Tony saying that there were many people inside that I might want to go thank, as well as others that I would see on as a slide show on my computer
