This just in my email box from Rico M. from Miami, Florida.... Chef Tony, your food is amazing! You were the Chef for my Nices Quinceañera on January 4th, 2014. I have been back to Philly many times, but never have I dined so well. Even though it was her day, YOU stole the show! The food was something I will talk about for years to come. The pork was amazing, the Latin rice dishes were something I havent had since my own mother was cooking! Tostones with that amazing Chipotle aioli, Arroz con Pollo, coconut caramel flan, Guisado de Pollo, did I mention that amazing pork? With all the Latin transplants here in Florida, I had to come all the way to Philly to find a great meal? Many thanks Chef Tonys Kitchen for a great night and some fabulous food!
