This just might be the answer to education reform: who needs to go to traditional school when you can get recognized for what youve actually accomplished and demonstrated an understanding of? What better way to motivate people to pursue their interests and be passionate about their work and education? Why not blaize your own trail and make your education a deeply personal experience instead of standing on an educational assembly line designed for mass production? I know that the main motivation for me to be in the traditional education system is that it will get me a degree and some universally recognized credibility. If there were a better method for keeping track of peoples actual skills and experience, the education system and the workplace could be transformed and streamlined on a personal level.
