This little girl was only blind when she was put into care, and as you can see, there is her on the potty, where the care workers would leave her for hours along with all the other children, eventually they started rocking back and forth because they had nothing to do, it became obsessive, they had the same meal every single day without any variation over the years, she became so malnourished her bones would easily break, this was apparently normal so the care workers would say as they forced her disfigured legs through some trouser bottoms whilst shes screaming in agony, in the documentary during this scene, one of the carers even managed to crack a smile. Children get lost in the care system and its absolutely horrendous and thank god for the woman who created this film because now that care home has been closed and vasky has made extremely impressive progress and gained lots of weight, she sings, has 3 course meals and has stopped rocking back and forth. Now here she is on the right, outside and enjoying herself after not seeing the daylight in years, shes in a great home and the people are so kind, I hope the previous carers of the Mogilino institute are ashamed of themselves. Whilst the documentary was being filmed over 9 months, two of the other children died. Let that be a lesson and try to be considerate of other people.
