This may be a tall ask but I am looking for an assistant for not quite two days on the 31st December and 1st January for our last shoot on The Wonder List Its down in Key West in Florida. It is paid but I do really need you to be local as there is no budget for accommodation. You need to have experience working with cameras of course. Ideally more than just a 5d! I am using a Sony FS7 but I dont expect you to have experience with it. But a but of reading up on it might be useful. Other cameras are a Sony A7s for nighttime filming and another one that lives on a Movi M5. If you have ever used a gimbal stabiliser that would be a huge advantage. You need to be quick thinking, have initiative and be willing to work hard without complaining. That is my job! :) I have someone for the rest of the shoot and as mentioned this is the end of be bulk of The Wonder List filming although I am doing some picks ups in the New York area later. I will be setting up a more final way to enquire about internships and the like with my new Production Company with James Miller, Hot Mash, in the new year. I am bringing my Inspire 1 with me but thats for personal use only. Not for this episode of the show due to current, slightly confused, legal aspect of flying commerically. I can fly it for my own pleasure. I just cant use the shots. A real shame. I wonder if its the same deal on Native American land?
