This may be over share. A few weeks ago I was moving furniture around in my daughters room. I grabbed a piece wrong and it slipped, felt like my nail (with acrylics) tore from my skin, talk about OUCH! It didnt bleed so I thought eh, Im fine. A week later I went in to get my fill and the nail tech asked me about it, when she removed the polish you could see that a little corner had in fact separated from the skin. I told her about my incident and then i asked her if I should remove the acrylic from that finger she said no it will be okay. Today my nail seemed to itch, weird I know, I removed the polish and YUK! My nail was green! So I tore off the acrylic, ouch again! My nail was now separated all down that one side. :( my poor ugly little nail. I should have listened to myself and not the tech and removed the acrylic 2 weeks ago. Hope my nail grows back fast.
