This might not be the right place for this, but I couldnt sleep last night and love to research on my favorite discoverer Nikola Tesla. He understood that the upper Ionosphere has a set HZ level (8 cycles per second) that could be used to transmit vast amounts of power worldwide with transmitters and receivers. He also understood that most living things operate on the same frequencies. He stated as far back as 1899 that he could offer the world free, unlimited power. But it never came to pass. Why? He also knew that it could be used as a weapon against humanity. In one of this last efforts to keep what he had learned something that all mankind would have to co-operate to use, he sent only curtain parts of the science he discovered to different nations (USA, England, Russia, etc) so they would have to work together to make it work. Eliminating the weapon aspect if everybody had it. Now research HAARP. Scary stuff!
