This month, we are so happy to share the best of the best with our community: Meet our All-Stars! We wanted to share a few glimpses of our Sunday instructor for this week, Sara Intonato. Why We Love Her: Sara is like burst of sunshine on a cloudy day. She is a powerful, beautiful yogi: inside and out. Youll usually find her talking about her two beautiful kids, or waxing poetic about Ashtanga and mysore style yoga. She is always there to support, assist, and and help us grow as students. Shes also super cool: the first time we met her she was telling us about how she had just finished making hot carrot soup in her Vitamix (it made us want a Vitamix). Why Youll Love Her: Sara knows yoga. She travels to India for 3 months a year, every year, to re-commit to her practice. She is certified in Secondary Series Ashtanga. She is completely ego-less. She loves to surf. Her voice will put you into the best savasana of your life. She also be leading our in-store class, always complimentary, this Sunday at 10am. Come check her out, and youll fall in love too.
