This morning I experienced the most amazing thing. I was on a morning jog and I sat down to feel the love I felt being projected at me from all different sides of the globe. I unzipped my jacket and began to see peoples faces in my minds eye. My mind went into a panic, trying to get my attention off of the feeling while my heart opened wide to let the feeling in. It felt like an empty pitcher being filled with life force energy. I told my mind Its ok to be scared three times and focused on breathing in the appreciation that was streaming in my direction. And then, I experienced a major healing. The loving energy that was coming into me from the people participating in todays project gratitude and love to Teal event was the color of the sunset, shifting between yellows and oranges and pinks and reds like an internal aurora. And then I felt these blockages, preventing the love from reaching everything. I got the feeling that I was so heavy and that my body was thousands of pounds and that I was a hundred miles wide. This extreme weight and the blockages started to feel like it was caused by rocks inside of me. I mentally opened my chest (like one would doing surgery) and large, dense black rocks began to fall out. It seemed like they would never stop coming out. Eventually, I removed the final one and imagined rolling it down the mountain side into the river. Then, I Breathed in the energy once more and it filled every little centimeter of space inside my body. I felt loved and wanted and like my soul had been fed. I sent a thanks to the universe for the experience. I was very off balance and dizzy running back to the house afterward. Thank you to Amir Masud and everyone who sent love my way this morning. You cannot imagine how healing it was... Especially since I am dedicated to the practice of receiving lately. I love you and am grateful for you too. Love Teal Swan
