This morning I worked with Erica, a young woman who has been labeled disabled at the age of 29. Her problems include two or three severe migraines a week and fibromyalgia. She had a slight headache when we began, and I put a rose and gray overlay for her to look at. This relaxed her eyes and head quite a lot. Gradually we built her color, a soft dusty pink, with her eyes opening and more relaxed with each layer. She ended needing a rose overlay as well, but was so excited about how headache free and comfortable she felt, that she paid for a rush and overnighting her frames. She is so excited, and hoping this is part of her journey to good health.
