This morning ....T25 - Core Speed (the bonus workout) was the workout of choice! And it did NOT disappoint :)! What an amazing feeling to push yourself to the max and end up in a pile on the floor! Crazy how feeling so drained and exhausted can leave you with a gigantic smile on your face! Push yourself hard at EVERY workout! Changes happen when you step OUTSIDE of that comfort zone....so get stepping and watch the magic happen!!!! Who is going to push harder today than ever before!? Xoxo Amanda
