This morning on my radio show I used several petitions -- the form of which I learned from Bob Fritchie-- who works with Divine Love. Heres an example of a petition: With my Spirit and the angels help, I focus Divine Love throughout my system. I acknowledge ( you can fill in your problem or symptoms). And I ask that this ( symptom/problem) be resolved with Divine Love according to the Creators Will. Then you draw in your breath, hold for about 4 seconds, then pulse out through your nose- like you are clearing your nose. Then sit with arms and legs uncrossed. Keep your attention on your thymus ( beneath your breast bone). And see what you notice. Most will feel some tingling or other feeling. I urge you to read Bobs book.
