This one is for my chef son Spencer Coplan! Spence, I made a healthy dish tonight to accompany grilled halibut. I cooked farro in organic vegetable broth, then I added fresh chopped onions, garlic and crimini mushrooms (all anti-oxidants) that I had sauteed in organic extra virgin olive oil. The recipe called for a tablespoon of tahini to finish. But then something strange began to happen! The room began to spin and I started to channel Julia Child. Seconds later I found myself adding a half-cup of butter! Damn that was good!
