This past month I have had the honor of serving as American Mom to my dear brazilian girl, Ana Caroline Tomasine, as she was diagnosed and treated for Breast Cancer at age 27. Ana has handled it all with such beauty and grace. Her Cousin, Graziella Thomasine, has traveled from Brazil to support her and she has been a wonderful support for me and Ana. Ana still has many months ahead of chemotherapy and radiation. She will continue to fight her battle with breast cancer long after she leaves Plattsburgh NY in December. Join me in sending Ana messages of hope containing so much love that her cancer will be defeated forever! We love you, Ana! And thank you Ana for the heartfelt gifts and allowing me to be with you through it all.
