This past spring I was designing a practice in my head. As long as I was finding good videos to share, I didnt see a need in filming my own. The 1st practice I had in mind was to be gentle enough, so just about any EDSer could do it. Well thanks to Grokker, my practice materialized without me doing a thing! This is a perfect 35 minute practice, gentle enough for anyone. If your wrists cannot handle the table top positions, make your hand into a fist to disperse your weight. Youll need a bolster or a pillow for this practice. The bolster worked best for the peaceful supported inversion found later in the practice. Once the inversion becomes too much for you, just simply bend your knees and be present with your peace. I probably wouldnt have added the cobra bit for beginners: just remember to anchor your legs down and stretch up through your crown.
