This red shouldered hawk frequents our subdivision, and he does not like having his photo taken. This is usually what he does when he sees me and my lens! And then he takes off. Most bird photographers know that many birds will defecate just prior to flying, and this is how you get great shots of them in flight, however, Im usually so astounded by the mighty poop, I forget to photograph the flight!
