This salad dressing recipe from the FORKS OVER KNIVES cookbook is incredibly delicious while also being incredibly delicious. It is great on salads, but it would also be really good on crackers or toast. It is heart healthy and vegan so no one gets hurt! Maple Mustard Dressing Ingredients: 1 Cup cooked cannellini beans, or (1) 15oz can drained and rinsed 2 Tablespoons tahini 2 Tablespoons mustard 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup Zest and juice of 1 lemon Combine the ingredients in a blender with 1/4 cup of water and blend on high until smooth. Add more water as needed to achieve a smooth consistency.
