This song was released today, an unlikely duo of Barbra Streisand and Blake Shelton, entitled Id Want It To Be You.I sit here crying, tears streaming down my face!!! Why? Well, first off, I wasnt looking for this song, but it popped up on my Facebook, and since I like both of them, I decided to listen to it. I dont know who wrote this, but I swear, every word was ripped from the very dark long ago place in the back of my frozen heart. Ripped out exactly as I honestly feel but try to not remember. There are many many miles between us now, but he knows who he is, and I pray if he ever looks me up again, he will see this post, which is why I am making it Public. There is a barrier between us that neither of us can get over, but it does not erase, nor negate, that unbreakable bond, forged 34 years ago this November, that is November 1980, to help in the calculation. You always call me Sweetie and you know where I am. Listen to this song carefully.....it came out of the frozen part of my heart that belongs to you, and the words are just for you, from me.
