This songs says so much...and after spending the weekend with Christine and Steve, it was a bittersweet ride home with Phil...I realized that Phil and I are approaching the last 1/3 ofour lives... if God grants us the gift of growing old ...to comb one anothers grey hair and have a long retirement together. Christine and Steve are just starting...building their home, their lives, one day, when they are ready..a baby comes. Phil and I were almost 30 when Christine was born, and we rarely had the desire to go out every weekend... and I was fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom...so we spent all of our time raising her ...and I believe we did quite well! I wouldnt take a million dollars for all the time we spent together as our own little family! She is a very hard worker, takes on extra responsibility, saves for their future like no one I know (expect her daddy!!!), she is well grounded and has a moral compas that is straight north! Blessed are we to have had her, our daughter that we love so much and...she found a guy that is her perfect companion, a man of his word, he is caring, sharing, giving and always happy! And ...together, they will have a wonderful life! I just wish life would slow down...and...remember..Dont Blink
