This speaks to why many of us feel some confusion about race issues. We dont consider ourselves racist and we dont think we walk this earth personally acting out against people of color. In fact, there are very few times we probably can even recall weve first hand seen overt racism in person. And yet we can see there is a problem in our world. Is it possible we have a society with racial biases even if we arent personally racist?
