This sweet angel was saved by a local rescue group here where I live in Rochester, NY. This poor angel was adopted, then returned in this condition. ACPR opened their doors to save this angel. Please donate if you can to help with the vet bills. Thanks so much!!So here is what we know, his name is Oscar, he is 4 months old. He was adopted from our city shelter a month ago and came down with URI. Instead of following the directions given to all adopters that URI is common from a shelter cat and a free vet voucher, these people chose to to nothing and let him get so bad his eyeball is now hanging out. His new foster Sarah works full time and we may need help getting him to Buffalo to the eye specialist if anyone is able to help transport! His immediate needs will be very expensive eye meds. His initial visit will be about 200.00 and the series of eye meds are around 100.00 a week as we know from all our special eye kitties lately. We wont know about surgery til he is seen.
