This was shot during the flash flood warning time earlier this week. We only had a 10-15 minute window to work with before we got rained out & completely soaked. The challenge was that I had never met these clients before who were on a vacation here in Hawaii & I only had a short window of sun to get them to open up to me, relax & forget about the weather for a second. There were huge rain clouds coming our way fast making us all nervous. Their 2 year old daughter was very shy but I think we managed to get her to open up to us. She even built me a Thomas the Train sand sculpture. These are just a few of many favorites from our rushed session. #hanabatadaysphotography
