This was the man that was shot and killed in St. Louis a couple days after Michael Brown. The officers story was that the man lunged at them with a knife and came with-in 3-4 ft of the officers....as you can see that DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Then they proceeded by cuffing his dead body? Why would the officers lie if they did nothing wrong? Why couldnt they use a taser or pepper spray? In a situation like this, with 2 officers, there needs to be a lethal force and a less than lethal force. The Less than lethal force would attempt to deescalate the situation FIRST with a taser, pepper spray,bean bags etc, if that attempt fails, then the lethal officer can proceed with eliminating the threat. Right? Im not saying this man was innocent, but did he deserve to die? Have we placed the duty of judge, jury and executioner into the hands of our police? SICK.TO.MY.STOMACH.
