This week athletes will find 1 rep maxes on 3 lifts. Tomorrow we are starting with bench press. Wednesday we will find our 1 rep on Deadlift and Friday is back squat. These values will be used for our next strength cycle. We will be following Rippetoes linear progression. Follow this strength program EXACTLY as it is written.
