This week has been ok. I lost a bit of motivation just tired I guess. Must be the two week mark where people decide to start quitting there resolutions but nope not going to let me get down gotta get back up to where I was! My diet hasnt changed. But this video just helped get me back on track.https://youtube/watch?v=MNL_DAI19_I I watch this to get back on track to where I was really helps! What helps you get motivated? I weighed in at 217.2# on Wednesday bit of progress but not enough. Time to step it up! Who wants to hike up the back side of Rib with me this week? Best saying in here! Face your enemy.
