This week our office achieved a hard fought defense verdict in a domestic violence case. Our client had been falsely accused of "assault". In a 5 hour trial, we were able to show that the plaintiff had restraining orders issued against her by prior boyfriends and was using her knowledge the domestic violence law to get an advantage in a fight over ownership of the home. Much thanks to our staff. Especially Megan who handled the investigation and our intern Theresa who helped organize the trial binder.
