This week, rather than stress out over child care and attempt to spend 3-6 hours a day setting up my classroom and preparing for the new school year, Ive been able to spend every moment with my beautiful girls. Thanks to cousin Megan who is spending the week with us, and my amazing mom ( Diane ) who has given so much of her time to be with us this summer, we have spent the past few days visiting state parks, attending an outdoor concert, visiting the Eric Carle Art museum, playgrounds and more. I cant believe how much there is to do here! Today were going to meet Autumns new teacher at the middle school and then well go for a swim after lunch. This week has been exciting, fun, exhausting, and overwhelming. And I feel so incredibly lucky to have this time with my girls.
