This week, were focusing on AVAILABILITY! AVAILABILITY is setting aside my priorities to help someone else. The opposite of AVAILABILITY is SELF-INTEREST, using my time to meet only my needs or desires. Availability finds a way to say YES! That means we have to say no to ourselves sometimes so that we can help others. Its tough to be available for others if were always focused on ourselves. Its also hard to be available if our schedule and energy is maxed out. Keeping margin in our life helps us feel more centered and allows us to help other people.
